Contrôleur de jauge passif PGC
Le contrôleur Edwards PGC201 couvre la plage de pression entre 10-9 et 1000 mbar en combinant deux principes de mesure des jauges PRG et CPG. Le PGC202 associe les jauges PRG et les jauges IG40 BA ou IG40 EX pour mesurer les pressions de vide dans la plage comprise entre 10-12 et 1000 mbar. Ces deux contrôleurs offrent des fonctions de surveillance et de contrôle pour les jauges connectées.
